At Parke State School we believe that leadership is a skill and attribute that is acquired overtime. As a result, students in Years 4 & 5 begin learning about the prerequisites for leadership so they are prepared for these roles in Year 6.
Students who meet the eligibility requirements are able to apply for School and Sports Captain positions. These students will present a speech addressing the Role Description and the school has the opportunity to vote for the candidate of their choice. Captains are announced at the end of year Awards Evening and are presented with their badges. Should you require any additional information please contact the school.
